Mummies a Daddies is a catering company based in Prague, Czech Republic. The company is new, founded in 2018 by chef Rudolf Nikolai. After graduating from the renowned Prague Culinary Institute of Gastronomy and after obtaining a degree in hospitality and restaurant management, Chef Nikolai obtained his first position as Executive Chef, at the time he was only 24 years old. He then held several different positions as executive chefs. After years of gaining experience around the world, Chef Nikolai decided to stay in Prague permanently to create his own company. Chef Nikolai is preparing the concept of "grab and go". Tasty, high-quality ready meals, fast food, it also specializes in salads and sandwiches and great unique American Cheesecakes.
