Faktor Music School offers spaces for rent in the center of Prague's Holešovice - ideal for teaching, workshops, training, chamber concerts, creative workshops, rehearsals and corporate events.

There is an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and free parking in the yard.

The premises are on one plot of land with shared parking. Classrooms 1A, 1B and 1D are in building one, 1st floor. Classrooms 2A, 2B, 2C and concert hall 2B are in building two, also 1st floor. The entrance is not barrier-free - there are stairs leading to the buildings.
