The original old boiler room from the 80's of the 19th century, adapted to the two-storey space of the character of the restaurant has a total of 500 m2. The structure retained the original wooden roof trusses with a roof skylight. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with catering facilities. The ground floor is largely glazed, with concrete floors and a side glass wall that can be opened to the street (suitable for summer use). The building offers views of the river with rock. The upper floor consists of a gallery with wooden parquet floors. The barrier-free area is accessible by lift.
