Reconstruction from a previously inaccessible basement has become a very pleasant place, characterized by masonry, ceilings with a cellar vault and a mysterious labyrinth of underground passages leading to the foot of a historic chimney. The basement of the basement is a 100m2 foyer, well-suited for concerts, film screenings and other club activities. The premises are barrier-free and can be completely separated from the above-ground floors by an independent outdoor entrance.
