Ollies is a Czech family pastry shop and bistro, the foundations of which were laid by Ivo and Olga Gondka in 1999 in Ostrava with the vision of bringing customers unprecedented variety and high-quality confectionery.



Currently, they not only have a network of pastry shops, but also bistros, including an offer of catering services. The Vítkovice branch also offers premises for rent, where you can supplement your company or family event with excellent desserts and cakes of Czech and foreign origin, or great savory catering, or both.
