The premises of the former laundry room

We are a group of visual artists and designers. Due to the unique space in which we live, we strive to extend our activities to public and cultural activities towards the public. There are studios, a multifunctional hall and a gallery in the former laundry facility in Prague's Vysočany. The building has undergone a sensitive reconstruction and retains its original industrial character. We organize a variety of cultural events from exhibition vernissage, through concerts, lectures, screenings to alternative festivals. We allow foreign artists to spend monthly residential stays ending with exhibitions in order to promote dialogue between the domestic and foreign art scene and to contribute to the diversity of Prague's cultural life. Our mission is to create a space for international encounters and the creation of authentic art, to support independent creators and to broaden the awareness of cultural events. We want to build a synergic place where people are freely enriching through the dialogue of art and society. We have a multifunctional hall, which is equipped with bar and social facilities. The modernly refurbished interior is bright and airy. From the concrete skeletons and table windows, the spirit of the industrial past. Meeting rooms are suitable for those looking for a loft-style location. We arrange a short-term lease for purposes such as cultural events, shooting and filming.
