The inspiration was years spent cooking and traveling in Southeast Asia, memories of a vibrant street life in the markets of Indonesia, Thailand or Cambodia. The award-winning SaSaZu concept is based on the fusion cuisine of five Asian cooking techniques. Sambal, Otak Otak, Flame, Roti and Tai-Tai Grill. The basis is always fresh, local ingredients.
