Distinctive industrial space in the unique premises of an old wastewater treatment plant.

An underground room with a brick lining of “bell towers”. Distinctive elements of this structured space are columns, self-supporting ceiling brick vaults, ceiling shafts to the gallery with iron hatches on the gallery floor, two central heating stoves, iron cylindrical water tanks, a shaft originally used for lime milk or a stained glass window to the English courtyard.

Rented only to filmmakers. During filming, it was used, for example, as a spa or a chemical laboratory.
