Distinctive industrial space in the unique premises of an old wastewater treatment plant.

A newly restored unique underground space with cement plaster, dominated by high vaults, massive pillars under the load-bearing wall, an adjacent space with a glass ceiling, called the “greenhouse”, and two large sludge pumps.

A walkable iron grate above the pipe distribution lines leading from the sludge pumps increases the usability of the space.

The engine room housed pumps for suctioning sludge from the settling tanks and transporting it to sludge ships and sludge tanks, as well as service water pumps from the now-defunct discharge pump. Of the original technological equipment, a pair of sludge pumps, a transmission with a footbridge for operation, a transmission from an electric motor and some piping and fittings have been preserved.
