We offer unusual design spaces and an inspiring environment. You can use them for your event, meeting, workshop, podcast, pop up, opening, book launch, film screening or mini party.

THE DESIGN is a designer retail space with an art gallery and a small cafe in the very center of Prague. From the busy Havelská street, you enter the ground floor and basement of the historic building. Across its premises, a shop connects with an art gallery and a small cafe with a garden in the beautiful and quiet street V Kotcice.

The total divided space has an area of 120 m 2 .

Capacity:

• Art gallery 20 places (basement-conference session – meeting/workshop/etc.)

• Cafe 8 seats + shop 4 seats (ground floor)

• Garden 10 places

• Vernissage/Event 80 standing places, other events 20 seats


Rental price CZK 7,000-30,000/day/without VAT.

We offer an unusual environment in the historic center of Prague, two minutes' walk from Můstek metro station, two minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square.

We will be happy to provide service, catering, audio equipment and DJs.
Seating equipment, tables, projection equipment and others, all by arrangement.
