An extraordinary complex of progressive craft brewery,<br /> artisan production of cheese curds and a restaurant with a summer garden.

A historic building with unique spaces, newly renovated in 2021, where you will find a microbrewery with a restaurant, facilities for meetings and a production of tvaržek, which we call tvargle. We will organize everything for your event:

- possibility to rent the entire complex, maximum capacity 85 people

There is a brewery restaurant in the premises under the cross vaults. The heart of the operation is a tap with 6 taps, where you can taste traditional lager and a whole range of diverse beer styles. We cook with an emphasis on regional ingredients, and not only from cottage cheese. Try our mature fried tvargle or spicy tartare. We adapt the menu of curd dishes to the season.
The interior of the restaurant is only open from October 2023.
The brewery garden has been open since May. We brew TVARG lager directly from the tank. The dominant feature of the garden is our own hop cellar, from which we brew a beer special once a year. The garden includes a children's corner with a water feature and chargers for e-bikes.
On weekdays, in addition to the regular menu, we prepare a weekly menu, and on the weekend, specialties made from ingredients from local farmers.


A part of the TVARG complex is the unique TASTING ROOM. It is a separate area from the restaurant, where you can find privacy for celebrations, trainings, presentations, teambuilding, weddings, etc. The lounge is equipped with audiovisual equipment, tap equipment, and your program can be enriched with an individual program, such as a tour of a brewery or a brewery, or a school tapping a beer. The capacity of the tasting room is 30 people, the entire complex 85 people.
