The space in the historic mill building from 1634, including the adjacent outdoor spaces, which is on the list of protected cultural monuments and has been sensitively reconstructed.

The architecture of this building together with the surrounding nature of Novoknín will provide you with a rural atmosphere and relaxing moments. In terms of layout, we offer you 3 floors with an upper gallery, adjacent gardens and parking in the premises of the building.

On the first floor there is a quiet area with different types of seating, a bar, a piano and a fireplace. The second middle floor is connected to the garden with French windows and offers the possibility of individual table setting and catering. On the 3rd floor there is an above-standard equipped apartment with an area of 225 m2, where there are two triple rooms.

The upper gallery then offers space for accommodation for the newlyweds. We will be happy to pass on contacts for other accommodation capacities in the nearby area and then we will take you there in our eight-seater car.
