Villa Fitz

If you are looking for a place for your event that combines cutting-edge modern architecture with the vibe of the First Republic, you have come to the right place. The original classicist villa from 1869 has served many purposes: it was the headquarters of mining companies, then the residence of mining entrepreneur Johann Fitz, who bought it in 1903, the district office and gendarmerie station were located here, and later the District Military Administration made conscripts out of frightened young men. The appearance of the villa was most influenced by the reconstruction in 1909, when it was modified in the spirit of the Neo-Renaissance by architect Bohuslav Ryšavý. It was this stage that the reconstruction led by the architectural studio Luni returned to, transforming the villa into its current form, in which they continued the original architecture. The intention was to make the place accessible, connecting it with the city, public space and its inhabitants.

####Conference rooms
Villa Fitz offers technically equipped and variable conference rooms for more than 60 people.

The spaces are designed for smaller congresses, conferences, training sessions, meetings, events, parties and more.

They are also suitable for various types of physical activities - group yoga lessons, pilates, aerobics, dance courses, fitness training and other sporting events.

The hotel also has a meeting room, ideal for smaller training sessions, seminars and exclusive private events for approximately 15 people.

There are 13 spacious rooms with modern design, clean lines and exceptional comfort. The magical combination of wood, glass, soft materials and color tones gives each room a timeless feel.


####Restaurant
The generous reconstruction preserves the original neo-Renaissance features, but the interior of the restaurant is dominated by spatial airiness and a view of the greenery of the park and the lively street. The equipment of the individual zones differs in the type of seating with two accents in the form of large round dining tables. The restaurant can accommodate 65 people and also has two summer terraces and a lounge for intimate family gatherings or corporate meetings. It offers modern gastronomy, fresh ingredients following the best of what traditional Czech cuisine in this location during the First Republic represents.
