### About the chapel
In the 17th century, shortly after the completion of the Troja Castle, at the request of Václav Vojtěch, Count of Šternberk, the current visual dominant of the vineyard was built - the Chapel of St. Clara, whose construction was justified by frequent floods at that time, because of which local people could not attend church services on the other side of the river. It was dedicated to St. Clara, the patron saint of the wife of the Count of Šternberk, Clara Bernardina of Maltzan. The chapel is a Baroque building, which received a new roof after a fire in 1924. The interior is very simple, consisting of a single room with a brick floor, a flat ceiling and a distinctive fabion. The current altar was made around 1924. The painting above the altar is Baroque, representing the Holy Trinity with the Virgin Mary and a Franciscan saint. The crucifix dates from the mid-18th century.

The rental price includes 25 tickets to the Botanical Garden.

For other guests, they additionally charge the regular admission fee with a 50% discount.

The rental period is 3 hours (1 hour preparation, 1 hour ceremony, 1 hour cleaning.

Guests can stay in the Botanical Garden longer – for example, for a photo shoot.
