Do you need a place to work or want to organize a lecture? We have great spaces in the heart of Brno.

They settled in the Brno design hotspot.
Rent a room, a chair or an entire studio in the heart of Brno. Coworking, offices, a digital workshop and a lecture hall offer a place for work and events.

Don't expect a fancy new building. You'll find new interiors on the ground floor, but we've also preserved the spirit of the FaVU era in the individual studios, studios and offices. Get ready for the contrasts of old and new.

#####History of Údolní 19

The functionalist building was designed by architect Vinzenz Baier for the German Technical University in 1929. It originally served as an academic canteen and administrative building. A few years after its opening, the Mensa Academica society began using the main hall as a science cinema.

Since the 90s, the Faculty of Fine Arts of BUT has used the building for its teaching. During its tenure, the AULA student gallery also operated in the hall. In 2016, the faculty moved and we agreed with the university to use it as a creative hub.
