This room features a series of women portraits from Princess Ernest of Nassau-Siegen (1623-68) whose portrait hangs on the wall towards the courtyard. Although it is not known whether she studied painting or was self-taught, she can be said to have been a very gifted painter from the aristocratic series and her work deserves attention.
