The villa is located in the grounds of the Tusculum Prague art center with its own private park in the historic grounds of the Chittussi Hospital dating back to 1896. The main coworking space is on the first floor of the pink Villa Anna in the historic grounds of the Chittussi Hospital.

In normal operation, the building serves as a space for coworking with a capacity of 30 seats, a shared kitchen and dining room, and a winter garden. The space is suitable for daily programs, company gatherings, team building.

The price includes the space as it is, energy, cleaning.

Availability: by arrangement, the space is in operation, can only be used from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
